LAVERNA · FOR OWNERS

Sell your property in Spain with a clear plan and attention to detail

Tell Laverna about your property and the purpose of the sale. We will discuss the strengths of the property, price orientation, preparation of materials, and the path to an interested buyer — step by step and on agreed terms.

The price and timeframe for the sale are discussed after getting acquainted with the property, documents, and the market.
APPROACH TO SALE

Every property needs its buyer and its story

A good sale starts with accurate initial data. We help gather a clear understanding of the property, discuss price and promotion channels, and organize inquiries and viewings. The terms of engagement, service volume, and compensation are fixed in a separate agreement.

01

Introduction and assessment

We clarify the specifics of the property, its condition, legal status, desired timelines, and price expectations. We compare with current offerings, rather than promising results without analysis.

02

Preparation and promotion

We agree on photos, descriptions, strengths of the property, and publication plans. We do not publish exact addresses and personal documents of the owner.

03

Buyers and viewings

We process inquiries, answer questions, organize viewings and provide the owner with constructive feedback.

04

Transaction

We coordinate the exchange of information between parties and relevant specialists. Legal and tax checks are conducted by authorized professionals.
